Creamy-Coconut Chia Pudding
This chia seed pudding is a popular and nutritious favorite of our BellaVita guests. Enjoy it as a dessert or for breakfast.
Equipment
- 1 Bowl
- 1 whisk
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Chia seeds
- 2 Cup Organic coconut milk or nut milk
- 1/2 Cup Maple syrup or light agave syrup
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a whisk
- Let sit for 10 minutes
- Stir again and then chill if desired for four hours
