Ingredients

  • 2 apples quartered
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 bananas peeled
  • 2 oranges quartered
  • 3 kiwi peeled
  • 5 tbs Flaxseed oil
  • 5 tbs flaxseeds ground
  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup Almonds
  • 1/3 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 bunch Kale chopped
  • Whole Apple Juice
  • 5 scoops SuperManna our green superfood powder
  • Ice to chill

Instructions

  • Add enough ice just so the smoothie is cool. Fill with apple juice, so ingredients are covered, and blend all until smooth.
